How a Chapter Is Built
Every Good Brothers chapter operates under the same core structure, ensuring consistency, accountability, and a clear path for new members and leaders alike.
The Three Main Offices
Chair
Leads chapter meetings and represents the chapter; embodies the value of Love. In small chapters, the Chair also serves as Community Lead.
Treasurer
Manages chapter finances; embodies the value of Growth. In small chapters, the Treasurer also serves as Business Lead.
Secretary
Manages records and minutes; embodies the value of Contribution. In small chapters, the Secretary also serves as Member Coordinator.
Additional Offices
Business Lead
Oversees chapter-level business initiatives.
Member Coordinator
Supports recruitment, onboarding, and skill-share scheduling.
Community Lead
Organizes community events and initiatives.
In chapters of three members, roles combine as described above. The Chair may ask members to elect or appoint additional offices as the chapter grows.
Accountability
Beyond the mastermind format, chapters with more than six members appoint Group Leaders to run five-minute accountability check-ins in six-person breakout groups, keeping every member's progress visible and supported.
